Tired of being tired?

Fatigue is one of the three main symptoms that patients report to their doctor. Remember when we were young and full of energy, never wanted to rest, and made all adults tired at the end of the day. Then came the teenage years and many of us started to get a little tired. Soon after came the work and we struggled through drinking coffee and other beverages Caffeine full. As we feel more tired it became difficult to function as well and parts of our bodies started to hurt and even toppled. Over time we check the box fatigue, when we visit our doctor. We smile less, and I swear I'll catch up on sleep the following night. Unfortunately, many of us have a time difficult to sleep in the first place.

Let me begin by saying, it's not your fault. We have been continuously marketed and poorly informed good intentions are the less informed about how organisms are actually function.

What can we do? Is there any way to reverse this and increase our energy without resorting to drugs? Is there a natural way that really help?

There are four main factors that will help most people feel better and fatigued less.

The first is to change the food we eat. I suggest something very different than most people ever thought. Any type of food we eat becomes into fuel for our body and if it breaks down over time is converted into energy. So we have to start thinking about food from an energy standpoint. N fairer fashion basic principles of nature and we all feel less tired, have more energy and enjoy life more. Before starting a meal in the mouth, think if you give energy or take it away.

The energy foods are live, raw foods that have all their nutrients and their still vital enzymes intact. These types of foods will have much less stress on the body to break down and converted into energy and building blocks for you. I know that many people hear raw and merge with it, but it's just a natural for us to eat food in. What about meat, poultry and fish? Now you know one reason why are so tired. We eat animal proteins, which are very difficult for us to break down. Whether cooked or not, animal protein has been investigated countless times and is one of the main culprits of the disease. This does not mean I'm saying that should never have animal proteins but now you can make a more educated when it comes time to eat.

The second thing we need to increase our energy and get rid of fatigue is the cleanest water. Good old water, which is used in all our chemical reactions in the body and makes up 70-80% of our body. It is an important source of energy and yet we ignore it and flavored drinks and sugar water color and expect the same results. Try to wash the car with some of the drinks that you use and see what happens. Delude ourselves into thinking that our beverages are acceptable, since they contain the water is draining us more each day. Beside some miracle, the average person has severe brain damage after 5-8 minutes without oxygen, so now I understand why not having the right amount can stop us. We take for granted, but to increase our consumption of oxygen can enhance many functions of our body and help us in the department of energy. It is used in all reactions in our body and not having the right amount may slow the engine dramatically. It seems pretty obvious, but what should we do about it. There are a few ways that can affect it. One is to increase our aerobic exercise that most people are aware of. This will increase the oxygen during exercise, as well as the ability of the lungs, heart and cells after exercise. Spinning (cycling) running, walking, swimming, some forms of yoga and dance and many other activities will increase your aerobic capacity. There are guided breathing exercises that are less intense and even more than oxygen. There are even machines that pump oxygen into your system. The bottom line is we need to increase our consumption of oxygen, and our ability to absorb and use in our bodies. As a chiropractor I can help members practice with this, but personal trainers physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, acupuncturists and some other health care providers focus on this factor.

Often we feel too tired to do these activities, but shortly after the habit do we realize how much energy we have.

The fourth and most important way to increase our energy and fatigue is the loss of maintenance of our nervous system free from interference. Welfare experts have finally recognized that the brain and spinal cord all the nerves are the energy and communication system of the body. Researchers now understand the relationship between all the other functions of the human body and this super information highway and messaging losses will lead to dysfunction in countless ways. One of the first signs may be through fatigue the body. Now they are becoming more aware of how you can boost your energy, it's time to start living life again as they always could.
