How I can treat spinal stenosis and 3 bulging discs without surgery effectively?

I tried chiropractic, physical therapy, epidural, D Tracktion vax machine, electronic acupressure / acupuncture. The epidural helped for a short time. If there is a treatment in New York with electronics / Acupressure / acpuncture, during his visit there appeared to be comfort problem. Discs that are affected are L3, 4.5. the nerve appears to exert pressure on me back, so I have a hard time being, unless you sit in a gel ice pack. My back hurts if I do any bending.
