Capsaicin cream – Made with the substance that makes peppers taste hot, capsaicin cream reduces the pain muscle tension. Never use on broken skin, and make sure that they have nothing in your eyes, nose or mouth. Vitamin D – This vitamin is essential for the body to absorption of calcium to keep bones healthy and strong. If you do not get enough vitamin D in bone may not be as strong as they could be. Vitamin D can be easily absorbs sunlight, fish, fish oils and supplements. Vitamin B12 – This vitamin has been shown in studies to relieve certain types of back pain. You can obtained from red meat and supplements. Yoga – This ancient form of exercise is a great way to relieve persistent pain, muscular back. Relieves stress and tension accumulated muscle, while strengthening and lengthening the muscles that support the back, making it stronger and less prone to pain. However, you must work with an instructor certified yoga to decrease the risk of injury.
