Urinary Tract Infections?

I've had lower back pain around the right collumn spinal area around where my tailbone. I have not beaten that anything like the Old Testament and the pain is not strong, but almost like a pressure building. By curling into a ball and rocking back and forth over the area from time to time I can pop joints that the release of the tension that exists in the building but that rarely works. Is there any another idea after seeing a chiropractor about this issue? All my experiences with chiropractors have been horrible and made my problems worse. Another bit of information is a new doctor had asked me if I have any pain lower back and I said yes. He said it was because I have kaiphosis. (Spelling?) Does anyone know something about this problem in the back, much less whether they could connect with the pain I have now?
